TEXTILE WASTE VACUUMING AND SEPARATION SYSTEM
Focusing on the treatment and processing of our textile waste, we decided to invest in an automatic vacuum system. In this way, all the textile waste resulting from our internal processes, coming from industrial machines, is vacuumed up and sent directly to our waste room through a closed circuit that is installed throughout our production.
The waste room consists of an automatic separation, where waste 2 corresponds to 100% cotton and waste 1 corresponds to the rest of the fibers.
After our vacuuming and waste separation processes, the waste is collected by certified companies to be sent for textile recycling.
